Refund policy

At Demand Empire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or refund within 7 working days from the date you received your order.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at hq@demandempire.com with your order number and photo proof of the item.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days, using the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, or eWallet).

Please note:

• Customized uniforms or sale items are non-refundable.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions.
